Sapper Albert Jennett
Dates: 1879-1918
Biographical Account: Albert Jennett  was born in Sheffield in 1879. Before the First World War, he lived in Walkley with his wife Clara, and worked as a machine file cutler. He was awarded the Distinguished Conduct Medal in 1915 for saving a wounded officer at Gallipoli. Albert was killed on 21 March 1918.
