Pair of mittens or gloves made of animal skin with decoration on front and thumb. Edge also has decoration with animal fur. There were from Canada, Northern Cree group, where deer skins were usually used. These have European silk embroidery threads and probably rabbit fur trim. Its floral design was inspired by instruction from Catholic nuns.Display Location:
